Shipping policy

We ship to the lower 48 states + DC.  We typically cannot ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, USVI or other territories at a reasonable cost.  If you are in one of those locations and looking to purchase a Rock-It board, please contact us as in many cases we have local distributors and other ways of getting boards to you.

We usually ship all orders of in-stock product within one business day.  Most orders will ship from our main Virginia Beach, VA warehouse.  We do use other warehouses periodically throughout the country and will ship from the closest warehouse to your address if the correct product is in stock at that warehouse.

All boards 8' and under (except for the 8' surf school model) will ship via UPS Ground

8' surf school, 9' and up -- these boards are too big for UPS Ground.  We use other 3rd party couriers that don't have the same level of coverage.  We will always seek multiple quotes and manners of getting product to you.  In some cases, we may not be able to ship the board to you, and will notify you and refund the order.  

Customers are always welcome to pickup orders from our Virginia Beach, VA warehouse and remove the shipping costs from the order.
